Streamlit pages: 0_Delivery_Cycle.py, 1_Opportunity_Quadrant.py, 2_Deficiency_Register.py, then 3_Stage_Detail.py from streamlit/data/promoted_eda.yaml (may be empty), then starter tabs Commits / Work items / Changes / Pipelines / Load / Defects / Sprints (skip when contract views missing). Floor is cycle + quadrant + deficiency register; numbers come from ranking YAML, not a fresh extract. Surface may also be QuickSight or Power BI when that skill is picked — still no BI in CDK.
