Please read this User Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using the Mimir platform ("Service", "Platform"). By creating an account or accessing the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by every term below.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the Mimir Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use after any update to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that any defects will be corrected. No advice or information obtained from us or through the Service creates any warranty not expressly stated herein.

3. Limitation of Liability & Assumption of Risk

You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MIMIR, ITS OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR PERSONAL INJURY — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Any claim arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Service must be brought within one (1) year of the cause of action arising, after which such claim is permanently barred. Any damages resulting from your use of the Service are solely your responsibility.

4. Platform Content & Intellectual Property

All content made available on the Mimir Platform — including playbooks, workflows, activities, skills, agents, rules, and other methodology materials (collectively, "Platform Content") — is owned by or licensed to Mimir.

  • Your content. Any playbooks, workflows, or materials you create on the Platform remain yours. By submitting content you grant Mimir a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
  • No resale of your content. Mimir will not sell or commercialise your content to third parties.
  • Visibility of Public Playbooks. Content you mark as Public is visible to all authenticated users and to Mimir's operators. By making a playbook public you acknowledge that it will be read, indexed, and may be used to improve the Service.
  • Playbook Improvement Proposals (PIPs). PIPs you submit are processed by Galdr, Mimir's AI assistant engine. Galdr reads and analyses PIP content in order to evaluate proposed changes and provide recommendations. You consent to this processing when you submit a PIP.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
  • Post content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access-control mechanism.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to scrape or stress-test the Service without prior written consent.

6. Modifications to the Service

Mimir reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

7. Termination

Mimir may terminate or suspend your account at any time for breach of this Agreement or for any other reason at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from this Agreement.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we do we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after the change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
