RIN #12 Junior Edda

Description

Thin orchestration shell around PIN and MIN. Each cycle determines cadence and iteration length, selects one evidence-backed goal, invokes PIN, then runs MIN while the independent AIN assessment stream observes project health. It closes with a mini-retro, process-improvement proposals, and a precise handoff to the next iteration. RIN does not duplicate PIN or MIN.
