Build Feature

Interactive, feature-by-feature AI-assisted development. Use BPE after ESM, DTA, DSP, and BSP are complete to build one feature spec at a time (plan → backend → frontend → tests → DoD). Human is in the loop on every feature. BPE is also the build engine inside the dark factory: PIN-03 runs BPE-01 per scenario; MIN-04 runs BPE-02–05. For delivering a whole act as a milestone autonomously, use PIN then MIN instead of running BPE in a loop.
