Dark-factory sprint planning. Use PIN when ESM, DTA, DSP, and BSP are complete and you want to deliver a full act as a milestone rather than building feature-by-feature with BPE. PIN-01 enforces the four Inception + Elaboration gates. PIN-03 runs BPE-01 per scenario to produce skeletons and a manifest. Human GO at PIN-05, then MIN executes. For building a single feature interactively, use BPE instead.
