Zero-Context Readability

Judging whether an activity packet is executable by a capable intern or coding agent who has never seen this domain. The packet is the activity name, guidance, and whatever that activity already links (skills, artifacts, rules, agent) — nothing else.

Pass: they can tell what to do, or at least find pointers to the pieces they must assemble.
Fail: they need an oral briefing, hidden files, author memory, or the Extraction Worksheet to start.

Distinct from Gap Analysis: Gap Analysis finds missing schema entities (no agent, unlinked artifact). This skill finds missing pointers — guidance that only makes sense if you already know the domain.
