Host the Streamlit data mart on ECS Fargate behind an ALB (WebSocket-capable). Do not use AWS App Runner: it does not support Streamlit WebSockets (/_stcore/stream → 403, blank loading skeleton). Image platform linux/amd64. Dockerfile must COPY all *.py, pages/, and data/.
